The ASIAN FEDERATION OF STUDENT LEADERS is committed to become a leading alliance of student leaders recognized nationally and internationally for developing leaders to become outstanding in self-management, task management, people management, and servant-leadership, and who will be "movers of life" in the next millennium.
Mission
The ASIAN FEDERATION OF STUDENT LEADERS is bound by its commitment to develop among its members strong leadership skills like self-management, and task management, anchored on character, integrity, and collaboration, thus, fostering peace, harmony, and global kinship through social responsiveness.
OUR END IN MIND
- Establish, maintain, operate, and manage an association of student leaders that develops leadership qualities like self-management, people management, and task management anchored on character, integrity, and collaboration;
- Foster solidarity among various student councils and their officers realizing that synergy accomplishes more than individual efforts;
- Inculcate social awareness, social responsibility, and social responsiveness among student leaders who believe in global citizenship, yet, act in response to local needs;
- Provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on concurrent issues and take action on yearned advocacy.
